4) Temporary Visit / Employment
4.1) Temporary Visitors Visas :
Issued to foreign business visitors entering the United States to engage in a business activity incidental to overseas employment or entering the United States as tourists for leisure.
4.2) Investor/Traders Visas:
Issued to foreign business owners, managers, or employees who need to remain in the United States to oversee a substantial investments or work in an enterprise engaged in substantial trade between this country and foreign state.
4.3) Temporary Workers Visas:
Issued to foreign nationals who are members of the professions; and to skilled or unskilled foreign nationals in nonagricultural positions for which there are no qualified U.S. workers available.
4.4) Temporary Labor Certifications:
Process under which the US Department of Labor certifies that there are no qualified U.S. workers willing and available to do a particular temporary work in the United States.
4.5) Fiancées Visas:
Issued to foreign nationals who are the fiancées of U.S. citizens. The foreign nationals arriving on K-1 status are required to apply for adjustment of status based on their marriages to the U.S. citizens.
4.6) Executives/Managers of Multinational Companies Visas:
Issued to foreign nationals who are managers, executives or employees with specialized knowledge of an international company doing business in the United States.
4.7) People of Extraordinary Ability Visas:
Issued to foreign nationals of extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics.
4.8) Athletes and Entertainers Visas:
Issued to foreign entertainers or athletes who cannot qualify under the “extraordinary ability” standard for the O category.
